Well, I am thinking of apps like quickbooks, excel and others when it comes to CAATs. I wouldnt want a CAAT that shares mey info to others, so for starters Security, then I wouldnt want a tough CAAT to use, which means, Easy to use, there is plenty take time and come up with more.

there is more Joy, for example, the systems should be easily update-able, it should be user-friendly, it shouldn't be a huge financial cost to the business, in case it crushes, there is backup storage.
