there are plenty, Marvin, you just have to understand what the state and innovations refer to, lets take this for example, suppose you come up with a unique invention or idea and you don't want anyone robbing it from you? All you have to do is seek help from the state and patent it. try google, there is always more answers.

Angela is right on that, you need to first know what is the state and then what financial innovation implies.

Mainly, protecting the innovators ideas by offering patents, subsidizing costs encountered on implementing the idea.
