What are the different types of reserves in financial statements of a company?

That is a tough one Marvin, I don't remember clearly but there was the issue of share capital as a reserve, I also think that retained earnings are a reserve but I am not certain on that. Check the resources of this website, I am sure they have some good material.

Capital reserves, ordinary shareholders reserves, legal reserve, remuneration reserve etc.. there are more resources, contact the admin.
